We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and be able to operate a CNC machine. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate CNC machines, adjust machine settings as needed, store and recover programs, and ensure that all products meet quality standards. You must have experience programming and generating cabinets. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts and components
• Daily operation of the CNC Machine
• Review set up sheets and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, dimensions, and quality
• Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified using hand tools or insert cutting tools
• Select fixtures, part holding, and tooling to machine parts as necessary
• Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications
• Confirm finished work meets specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, tape measure, and gages
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with Shop Sabre and Komo CNC preferred
• CNC Programming required
• CNC experience with wood cabinets required
• Experience with Mosaic and Sketchup software preferred
• V-Carve Software knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
