Responsibilities

• Apply high-end finishes including spraying, staining, painting, and glazing
• Prepare cabinetry for finishing through sanding, taping, and masking
• Ensure consistency, color accuracy, and flawless final appearance
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and finishing tools
• Inspect completed work and perform detailed touch-ups as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled finishing environment
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards
• Assist with additional finishing tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinetry finishing, wood finishing, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of spraying, staining, painting, and glazing techniques
• Experience with spray equipment and finishing systems
• Background in woodworking or automotive finishing is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
