Job Summary

We are a high-end custom millwork and cabinetry shop specializing in premium cabinetry, architectural millwork, and fine furniture. Our projects are fully custom and detail-driven — not production-line work. We are seeking a Skilled Woodworker / Custom Cabinet Maker who takes pride in craftsmanship and is looking for a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced, positive shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Build high-end custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture from shop drawings
• Work with hardwoods, veneers, and sheet goods
• Operate shop equipment including table saws, jointers, planers, shapers, edgebanders, and sanders
• Perform accurate cutting, assembly, fitting, and finishing preparation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Qualifications

• Experience in custom woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
